Division PLASTICS

Molding shop offers manufacturing of accurate technical plastic parts. We have 35 molding machines, tonnage range from 35 to 400 tons. We are capable of producing moldings up to 1500 g of part weight.

Technologies at division Plastics

Material Drying

Our preferation is to dry material directly next to processing machine. For this purpose we are equipped with hot air molecular dryers, mostly from company Motan.

Material Mixing

Quality and reproducibility is secured by the way also by precise mixing of material batches according to particular technology procedure description.

Central Distribution of Material

Production efficiency in further enhanced by central distribution of materiál within PLASTICS division. Due to this solution we are able to calculate required material batches in very efficient manner.

Mold Tempering

We utilize technologies to secure optimized mold temperature as it comes for tool heating-up or elimination of tool overheating by efficient removal of excessive heat.

Automation

All our molding machines are equipped with either 6-axis robotics or sophistical manipulators for placing of inserts into molds or parts removal from working space of machine.

Quality Control

Our products are subject of described quality control procedure, starting with incoming material inspection up to final shipment of finished products. Method of particular quality control is defined by product Quality Control Plan.

Division METALS

Stamping plant offers production of technical parts from metallic sheets with thickness up to 4 mm. We process metals utilizing 14 eccentric and 2 hydraulic presses, with tonnage range 10 - 160 t, running progressive stamping dies in semiautomatic production mode.

Materials and shaping technologies

  • We can process metallic strips with thickness ranging from 0,05 mm up to 4 mm (steel incl. stainless, aluminium, brass, bronze etc.).
  • Basic material sorts according to common worldwide standards (EN/DIN/ASTM/SPC), deep-draw sorts, spring sorts and stainless sheets and strips.
  • Our progressive dies can perform stamping, bending, drawing, punching, calibrating, splitting etc. operations.

Division TOOLMAKING

Toolmaking plant secures development, manufacturing and subsequent maintenance of injection molds, shaping and stamping tools. We also manage manufacturing of assembly, measurement and special fixtures. Your tools will be equipped with the state of the art components and hot runner systems according to your specifications.

  • Tooling construction using all common standard materials (EN/DIN/ASTM) including special alloys (Ampco, Be-Cu).
  • Purchased components, sensors and electrical wiring according to your requirements and preferences.
  • Critical components produced by sintering etc. including surface coating to secure extended tooling lifespan.

Tooling production process

Development

All design and development work is executed using CAD/CAM Autodesk Inventor, 3D surface modeller software, equipped with plastic injection simulation module. We can process data in following file formats: *.iges, *.dxf, *.dwg, *.sat, *.step, *.CATPART.

Prototyping

Long before serial production is going to be launched, we can produce in our 3D printer prototype of final product, where its design can be optimized and final „tune-up“ of all product details implemented.

Manufacturing

We are able to manufacture injection molds and stamping tools within very short delivery terms without sacrifice of any requirements or technical specifications, tool performance, quality and expected lifespan.

Division ASSEMBLY

We can assembly produced plastic and metallic parts and execute testing exactly according to your requirements. Quality of performed assembly work will be secured by advanced inspection technology. We will prepare completed subassemblies for further processing at your production facilities.
