Division PLASTICS

Serial production
of injection
moldings

1K and 2K plastic components produced by injection molding technology. Production of technical components combining plastic and metal (over-molding, insert-molding). Interior and delicate appearance parts with surface treatment options. State of the art production facility equipped with full range of peripherals.

Division METALS

Serial production
of metal stamping parts

Processing wide range of metallic materials by cold-stamping technology. Production of technical components with wall stock up to 4mm in thickness. Wide portfolio of supplementary operations for increased added value. Own production program for construction and consumer industry.

Division TOOLMAKING

Production of injection molds, tools and fixtures

Cooperation with customer on development of tools for production of injection moldings and stamping parts. Efficient support for prototyping and testing phase of project. Modern CAD/CAM systems for design support and tool and fixture production. Periodic control, production maintenance and mold and tool repairs during manufacturing process.

Completion of parts, assemblies and products

We can press metallic inserts into plastic parts or reinforce plastic part with metal. Completion and testing of your products in accordance with required spec´s. Arrangement for automated assembly lines production and supplementary equipment. We have at your disposal „clean“ assembly rooms for your demanding delicate applications.
